<i>Two South Asian educators from the neighboring countries, Nepal and India, embarked on a collaborative autoethnographic inquiry into emotional dimensions of teaching during time pandemic using reflective letter-writing as method generating data. We have used narrative dialogue to analyze our draw attention themes that emerged throughout process Our research points out significance affective understanding through listening sharing each other’s narratives way build resilience teacher leaders times crisis improve practices gain insight other's lived experiences. </i>
